Calculating Ac Btu For Living Room Split AC For A Small Room?

Split AC for a small room? - calculating ac btu for living room

What is an AC-Split (18.500 BTU) consumed per month. Say, who works for about 5 hours per day.

What other factors must be taken into account (outside of BTU), the amount of energy consumed to calculate AC?

How are the costs incurred by AC per month in Indian rupees to be calculated? Please share. Thank you .. Additional information, specific obligations are much appreciated.

Given: A small AC unit rated 18,500 BTU / hr period of 5 hours per day.

I do not know the requirements of equipment to the energy efficiency in India, but the United States, a new case of this size AC-A minimum number of effiicency efficiencty (EER should be) by about 10.

EER = BTU ÷ W
18,500 ÷ 10 = 1850 watts = 1.85 kW

1.85 kW x 5 hours x 30 days = 277.5 kWh

He has not the cost of electricity, it can not convert the energy of Indian rupees.
